Nikunja Bihari Dhal, a 1993 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre, has been transferred and posted as the Chief Electoral Officer in Odisha. The General Administration and Public Grievance department issued a notification regarding this on Friday.
Mr. Dhal has replaced incumbent Sushil Kumar Lohan.
