The Bihar government has promoted 1991 batch IAS officer Pratyay Amrit to a ‘cadre post’ in Chief Secretary rank. He has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary (Health) and has also been given the charge of additional chief secretary (Disaster management department).
This development has been made after the post was lying vacant due to the demise of Arun Kumar Singh, ex-Chief Secretary of Bihar.
