On Friday, the Andhra Pradesh government issued a transfer order of IAS officer P Koteswara Rao to the post of Kurnool District Collector. With this, Rao assumes charge as 54th DC of Kurnool district.
2009 batch IAS Koteswara Rao was earlier serving as the commissioner at the Visakhapatnam metropolitan region development authority before getting transferred to Kurnool by the Andhra government.
