Telangana government has issued a transfer order ahead of the Dubbaka by-polls for which the polling will be conducted on 3 November.
According to the transfer order, Hanumantha Rao who was serving as the District Collector of Sangareddy has been transferred as the Collector of Medak. He has been replaced by Venkatram Reddy who was previously working as the Collector of Siddipet.
Bharati Hollikeri has been appointed as the new District Collector of Siddipet who was earlier the DC of Mancherial. Shashanka who is the DC of Karimnagar has been given an additional charge of the post at Peddapalli district. Whereas, the charge of Mancherial district has been given to Adilabad Collector Sikta Patnaik.
