Major Buearacratic Reshuffle in Punjab, 43 IAS Officers Shifted

The Punjab Govt has reshuffled 43 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :

1. Sarvjit Singh IAS (Punjab 1992) presently ACS, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare , has been given additional charge as  ACS, Horticulture and ACS, Soil & Water Conservation, Punjab .
2. Vikas Pratap IAS (Punjab 1994) presently Principal Secretary, Planning, has been given additional charge as Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries, Punjab .
3. Ravinder Kumar Kaushik IAS (Punjab 2002) presently MD- Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (PUNSUP), has been transferred and posted as  MD, SUGARFED with additional charge of Commissioner, Faridkot Division.
4. Kamal Kishor Yadav IAS (Punjab 2003) presently Taxation Commissioner, Punjab, has been given additional charge as Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion, Punjab .
5. Arshdeep Singh Thind IAS (Punjab 2004) presently awaiting posting order , has been appointed as  Chief Administrator, Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority, SAS Nagar with additional charge of Director, Town and Country Planning.
6. Sibin C IAS (Punjab 2005) presently Director, Industries & Commerce with additional charges of Secretary Industries & Commerce MD, PSIDC, Director, IT, Director, MGSIPA, has been given additional charge as MD, Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation Limited (Punjab INFOTECH).
7. Kanwal Preet Brar IAS (Punjab 2007) presently Director- Tourism & Culture, has been transferred and posted as  Special Secretary, NRI Affiars with additional charge of Director, Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Ltd.
8. Bhupinder Singh IAS (Punjab 2007) presently MD- Punjab State Warehousing Corporation, has been transferred and posted as  Special Secretary, Health & Family Welfare.
9. Neelima Singh IAS (Punjab 2008) presently MD, Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation Limited (Punjab INFOTECH) , has been transferred and posted as  MD, Punjab Health System Corporation with additional charge of CEO, State Health Agency.
10. Vinay Bublani IAS (Punjab 2008) presently Chief Administrator- Punjab Urban Planning and Devlopment , has been transferred and posted as  Special Secretary, Home Affairs & Justice with additional charge of Secretary, Punjab State Human Rights Commission.
11. Sanjay Popli IAS (Punjab 2008) presently CEO- Punjab Water Supply and Sewage Board, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner for Persons with disabilities with additional charge of Director, Pensions.
12. Mohinder Pal IAS (Punjab 2008) presently Special Secretary, Home Affairs & justice, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, PUNSUP, Punjab .
13. Varinder Kumar Sharma IAS (Punjab 2009) presently awaiting for posting, has been appointed as  CEO, Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board.
14. Sonali Giri IAS (Punjab 2009) presently awaiting for posting, has been appointed as CEO, Chief Executive, Punjab Shri Energy Development Agency, Punjab .
15. Isha IAS (Punjab 2009) presently awaiting for posting, has been appointed as  Joint MD-cum-CEO, Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company.
16. Tej Partap Singh Phoolka IAS (Punjab 2009) presently Joint Development Commissioner, Integrated Rural Development and in addition Commissioner NREGA and ex-officio Special Secretary, Rural Development & Panchayats, has been transferred and posted as  Mission Director, National Health Mission.
17. Karnesh Sharma IAS (Punjab 2009) presently Commissioner, Municipal  Corporation, Jalandhar and in addition CEO, Jalandhar Smart City Ltd., Jalandhar, has been transferred and posted as  Director, Tourism & Culture with additional charges of CEO, Punjab Heritage Tourism Board, CEO and GM, Virasal-E-Khalsa, Anandpur Sahib Foundation, MD, Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited and Special Secretary, Tourism and Cultural Affairs.
18. Ghanshyam Thori IAS (Punjab 2010) presently Deputy Commissioner- Jalandhar and in addition  CEO, Jung-E-Azadi  Memorial Foundation, Jalandhar , has been given additional charge Chief Administrator, Jalandhar Development Authority, Jalandhar.
19. Sandeep Hans IAS (Punjab 2010) presently Deputy Commissioner Hoshiarpur, has been given additional charge as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hoshiarpur, Punjab .
20. Kumar Saurabh Raj IAS (Punjab 2011) presently Special Secretary, Excise & Taxation , has been given additional charge as Special Secretary, Home Affairs and Justice, Punjab .
21. Girish Dayalan IAS (Punjab 2011) presently Available for posting, has been appointed  as Director, Governance Reforms & Public Grievances with additional charge of Special Secretary, Governance Reforms & Public Grievances.
22. Deepti Uppal IAS (Punjab 2011) presently Available for posting, has been appointed as DG, Employment Generation & Training with additional charge of MD, Punjab Skill Development Mission.
23. Shena Aggarwal IAS (Punjab 2012) presently Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Pathankot, has been transferred and posted as  Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana, Punjab .
24. Keshav Hingonia IAS (Punjab 2012) presently Commissioner,  Municipal  Corporation, Patiala, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Corporation, Punjab .

42. Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke IAS (Punjab 2018) presently Sub Divisional Magistrate, Baba Bakala, has been given additional charge as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lopoke, Punjab .
