The Uttar Pradesh government issued a transfer order of 18 IAS officers on Sunday, 25 July. This includes Districts magistrates (DMs) of Gorakhpur, Aligarh and Muzaffarnagar.
According to the order, IAS officer Vijay Kiran Anand has been appointed as the DM of Gorakhpur whereas, DM Muzaffarnagar Selva Kumari J Goes to Aligarh in the same capacity.
Chandra Bhushan Singh will replace IAS officer Selva Kumari to become DM Muzaffarnagar. DM Gorakhpur K Vijayendra Pandian has been relieved for central deputation.
Dr. Lokesh M, returning from central deputation, has been appointed as Divisional Commissioner Saharanpur in place of IAS officer Adusumilli V Rajamouli. Rajamouli has now been made Commissioner Food Logistics replacing Manish Chauhan, who has been made Secretary Industrial Development.
Kanpur Municipal commissioner Akshay Tripathi will take charge of the VC of Lucknow Development Authority, relieving Lucknow DM Abhishek Prakash with the additional charge.
Arvind Singh, CDO Lakhimpur will hold the charge of VC Kanpur Development Authority while Madhusudan Nagaraj, CDO Varanasi has been made VC Moradabad Development Authority.
Gaurang Rathi, Municipal Commissioner Varanasi has been transferred and posted as VC Aligarh Development Authority, Shivsharmappa GN, CDO Deoria has been made Municipal Commissioner Kanpur and Ashish Kumar, VC Gorakhpur Development Authority has been posted as VC Saharanpur Development Authority.
Prem Ranjan Singh Aligarh Municipal Commissioner made VC Gorakhpur Development Authority. Lastly, State building welfare Board secretary Arvind Kumar Chauhan has been made VC Prayagraj Development Authority.
