Madhya Pradesh government has transferred six IAS officers. In Madhya Pradesh cadre, Principal Secretary, 1991 batch IAS officer, Ashok Barnwal has been promoted as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS). He has now been given the responsibility of the Department of Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development as well as Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Department.
Two other orders have also been issued. In one order, JN Consotia, an IAS officer of 1989 batch and Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairy and the Department of Horticulture and Food Processing, has been given the responsibility of Forest Department and Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, Horticulture and Food Processing Department.
Similarly, ACS Ajit Kesari of 1990 batch has been given the responsibility of Finance Department in place of Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Department. The responsibility of RCVP Naronha Administration and Managerial Academy will remain with him.
In another order, 2010 batch IAS officer Abhijeet Aggarwal, Managing Director, State Wide Area Network (SWAN), has been made the Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Corporation.
In this order, Suresh Kumar, Managing Director of Gwalior Industrial Center Development Corporation and IAS officer of 2010 batch, has been made Secretary of Revenue Board, Gwalior. Similarly, Anshul Gupta, an IAS officer of 2016 batch, has been made the managing director of SWAN.
