Uttar Pradesh: Another Major Bureaucratic Reshuffle, 17 IAS Officers Transferred Including CDOs of 6 Districts, IAS Mahendra Singh Tanwar Appointed As VC of Gorakhpur Development Authority

Municipal Commissioner Ghaziabad Mahendra Singh Tanwar has been made the Vice-Chairman of Gorakhpur Development Authority. While Additional Commissioner Excise Divya Prakash Giri has been made Special Secretary Food and Logistics.

In an another major bureaucratic reshuffle in Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath government has transferred 17 more IAS officer including 6 CDOs, 2 Municipal Commissioners and Vice-Chairman of five authorities, after the transfer of 14 IAS officers including 10 District Magistrates. New Vice-Chairmen have been posted in Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Aligarh and Bulandshahr-Khurja Development Authorities. New Municipal Commissioners have been sent to Ghaziabad and Aligarh Municipal Corporations. New Chief Development Officers (CDOs) have been made in six districts.

Municipal Commissioner Ghaziabad Mahendra Singh Tanwar has been made the Vice-Chairman of Gorakhpur Development Authority.

Additional Commissioner Excise Divya Prakash Giri has been made Special Secretary Food and Logistics. IAS Sanjeev Singh, who was removed from the post of DM of Chandauli, has been made special secretary in the finance department. Special Secretary Home RP Singh has been sent to the Department of Languages ​​on the same post, along with he has also been appointed as the Director of Hindi Sansthan.

According to the transfer order issued late on Sunday night, United States Election Commissioner Krishan Kumar Gupta has been made Special Secretary, Secondary Education. Apart from these, Varanasi CDO Abhishek Goyal as VC Varanasi Development Authority, Sultanpur CDO Atul Vats as VC Aligarh Development Authority and Dr. Ankur Lather as CDO of Amethi from the post of Vice President Bulandshahr. Khurja Development Authority has been made VC.

Similarly, Mathura CDO Nitin Gaur has been made Municipal Commissioner Ghaziabad and Chitrakoot CDO Amit Asri has been made Municipal Commissioner Aligarh. While in Rampur, Joint Magistrate Manish Meena to CDO Mathura, Kanpur Nagar Joint Magistrate Himanshu Nagpal to CDO Varanasi, Joint Magistrate Meerut Suraj Patel to CDO Fatehpur, Joint Magistrate Jalaun Ankur Kaushik to CDO Chitrakoot, Joint Magistrate Jhansi Sanya Jhabra to CDO Amethi, Joint Magistrate Basti Amrit Pal Kaur has been made CDO Sultanpur. And Fatehpur CDO Satyaprakash has been made Additional Commissioner Excise, Prayagraj.
