In a big reshuffle, the Karnataka government has transferred 7 IPS officers. 2007 batch IPS officer N Shashi Kumar, who is Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP) and commissioner of Mangaluru city has been transferred and posted as DIGP, Railways.
While 2011 batch IPS officer Kuldeep Kumar R Jain, who was posted as Traffic West Division, Bengaluru, replaced N Shashi Kumar as CP, Mangaluru with immediate effect.
