B Srinivasan has been posted as DGP of Puducherry while Anil Shukla has been appointed as DGP of Mizoram. Devesh Chandra Srivastava, the incumbent DGP of Mizoram, has been appointed DGP of Andaman and Nicobar Islands while Anand Mohan, a 1994-batch IPS officer, has been appointed DGP of Arunachal Pradesh.
The present DGP of Arunachal Pradesh Satish Golcha, DGP of Andaman & Nicobar Neeraj Thakur and incumbent DGP of Puducherry, Manoj Kumar Lal have been transferred to Delhi.
FOUR OFFICERS MOVED OUT OF J&K
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) also transferred four officers – two IAS & two IPS officers from Jammu and Kashmir. The IAS officers serving are Amit Sharma and Sagar D Dattatray while IPS officers who have been shifted are Ashish Kumar Mishra and Mohita Sharma. Their fresh postings have not been announced yet. Anuj Kumar, IPS (2016) and Saurabh Mishra, IAS (2015) have been transferred to Jammu and Kashmir.
