The Government of Uttar Pradesh, in an ongoing request dated August 18, posted the transfers of three IPS officials in the midst of a minor bureaucratic rejig.
Manoj Kumar Sonkar has been given the charge of Superintendent of Police (SP), Mau, following the most recent requests. Notwithstanding, Anurag Arya (2013-Batch IPS) has been posted as SP, Pratapgarh and Sanjeev Tyagi, a 2010-Batch IPS official has been transferred to the Director-General of Police (DGP) Headquarters, Lucknow.
