The Uttar Pradesh government led by Yogi Adityanath has again come up with a major reshuffle in the police department. As many as 15 IPS officers have been transferred after the government shifted two dozen IPS officers earlier.

According to the transfer order passed by DGP UP on late Wednesday, Chandrakant Meena has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Police in Varanasi Commissionerate.

Poonam Srivastava has been sent to PTS Meerut. She was posted as IG/DIG, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Police Academy, Moradabad. IPS officer Baburam, DIG Crime Research Department, Lucknow, has been posted as DIG, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Police Academy, Moradabad.

Sagar Jain ASP Moradabad has been sent as ASP Rural Saharanpur. Satyanarayan Prajapati has been sent as ASP Muzaffarnagar. Vivek Chandra Yadav Additional Commissioner of Police/Deputy Commissioner of Police has been posted in Ghaziabad Commissionerate. Preeti Yadav, ASP Information Headquarters, Lucknow has been given a new posting in Additional Commissioner of Police/Deputy Commissioner of Police, Gautam Buddha Nagar Commissionerate. Saravanan T has been sent as Additional Commissioner of Police/Deputy Commissioner of Police to Varanasi Commissionerate. Shashank Singh has been posted as Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Police, Lucknow Commissionerate.
