Uttarakhand: 20 IPS Officers Transferred

On Saturday night, the Uttarakhand Government has transferred 20 IPS officers, including the SSPs of several districts.

Those names are:

  • IG Amit Kumar Sinha has been given the charge of Director Vigilance. Inspector General AP Anshuman has been made the Inspector General of Police Personnel.
  • IG Pushpak Jyoti has been handed over with the charge of Inspector General of Police, Prisons and SDRF.
  • IG Ajay Rautela has been given the charge of Inspector General of Police Fire, Home Guard Civil Defence. Till now he was the Inspector General of Kumaon.
  • DIG Kewal Khurana has been handed over the responsibility of Deputy Inspector General of Intelligence.
  • DIG Vimla Gunjyal has been given the responsibility of Deputy Inspector General Vigilance and PAC Headquarters.
  • DIG Riddhim Agarwal has got the responsibility of Additional Secretary Home.
  • DIG Krishna Kumar VK has got the responsibility of Deputy Inspector General of Police Security.
  • DIG Nilesh Anand Bharane has been given the charge of DIG Kumaon Zone.
  • DIG Karan Singh Naganyal has been given the charge of Deputy inspector general of Police, Fire.
  • DIG Abudai Senthil has been given the responsibility of Inspector General of Police P&TM
  • DIG Sunil Kumar Meena will take over the responsibility of Deputy Inspector General of Police Personnel Headquarters.
  • SSP Dehradun Dr. Yogendra Rawat has been given the charge of Senior Superintendent of Police Haridwar.
  • IPS Janmejay Khanduri has been given the charge of Senior Superintendent of Police, Dehradun.
  • IPS Barinder Jeet Singh has been given the charge of General IRB II.
  • IPS Sukhbir Singh Senanayak has got the charge of IRB 1st Ramnagar.
  • IPS Lokeshwar Singh has been given the charge of Superintendent of Police, Pithoragarh.
  • IPS Devendra Singh Pincha has been given the charge of Superintendent of Police Champawat.
