Mr. Shashi Kumar will take charge as Deputy Inspector General of Police Railways

The Karnataka Government Secretariat issued the transfer order of two IPS officers on February 23. Police commissioner N Shashi Kumar has also been transferred with immediate effect as the Deputy Inspector General of Police Railways in the vacant post. He is an IPS of 2007 batch.

Shashi Kumar will be replaced by Kuldeep Kumar R Jain IPS (KN-2011). IPS of Karnataka cadre and 2011 batch Mr. Kuldeep Kumar R Jain IPS is presently serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic West Division Bengaluru City.
