In a major bureaucratic reshuffle in Maharashtra, government transferred 20 IAS officers across the state. 1995 batch IAS officer Vikas Chandra Rastogi is now new Principal Secretary of Higher & Technical Education Department. He replaced OP Gupta, a 1992 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre. Gupta has been posted as principal secretary (Expenditure) in the Finance department.
1999 batch IAS officer Indra Mallo, Commissioner, Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS), Navi Mumbai was appointed as Principal Secretary (AR & OM), General Administration Department. While 2007 batch IAS officer and Joint Secretary, General Administration Department Ajit Patil has been posted as Joint Chief Executive Officer, MIDC.
Most of the other transfers are at the level of collector or Municipal Corporation. Full list of shifted officers is given below –

5. 2008 batch IAS officer Rubal Prakher Agarwal has been posted as Commissioner, Integrated Child Development Service (ICDS), Navi Mumbai.
6. 2008 batch IAS officer Daulat Desai was appointed as Joint Secretary, Medical Education and Drugs Department, Mumbai.
7. 2009 batch IAS officer Ruchesh Jaivanshi has been posted as Commissioner, Women and Child, Pune.
8. 2009 batch IAS officer Sanjay Yadav was appointed as Joint Managing Director (MD), Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), Mumbai.
9. 2010 batch IAS officer Shelesh Nawal has been posted as Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department, Mumbai.
10. 2010 batch IAS R H Thakare was appointed as Additional Tribal Commissioner, Nagpur.
11. J S Papalkar (IAS 2010-Batch) has been posted as Municipal Commissioner, Akola Municipal Corporation.
12. G M Bodke (IAS 2010-Batch) has been posted as Collector, Hingoli.
13. Rahul Ashok Rekhawar (IAS 2011-Batch) has been posted as Collector, Kolhapur.
14. Ravindra Binwade (IAS 2012-Batch) has been posted as Additional Municipal Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation.
15. Deepak Kumar Meena (IAS 2013-Batch) has been posted as Additional Municipal Corporation, Nagpur Municipal Corporation.
16. Pavneet Kaur (IAS 2014-Batch) has been posted as Collector, Amaravati.
17. Vijay Chandrakant Rathod (IAS 2014-Batch) has been posted as Collector, Jalna.
18. Nima Arora (IAS 2014-Batch) has been posted as Collector, Akola.
19. Aanchal Goyal (IAS 2014-Batch) has been posted as Collector, Parbhani.
20. 2014 batch IAS officer Dr B N Patil has been posted as Collector, Ratnagiri.
