Uttarakhand: 35 IAS and PCS Officers Transferred

Making a big reshuffle in the bureaucracy, the government changed the responsibilities of 35 IAS and PCS. While removing US nagar DM Ranjana, Yugal Kishore Pant has been sent in his place. Ranjana will now look after the additional secretary-tourism, civil aviation, CEO-Ukada. After the green signal of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Personnel Department issued orders for reshuffle late at night.

ACS Radha Raturi has got a new responsibility of energy and alternative energy. Amit Negi has been removed from Medical health and medical education and given IT department. Shailesh Bagoli has also been given the responsibility of the Excise Department. Along with him Nitin Bhadauria has got the additional responsibility of Excise Commissioner. Drinking water secretary Nitesh Kumar Jha has also got technical education.

Sachin Kurve has been sent to the Rural Works Department. Revenue from Education Secretary Dr.BVRC Purushottam and state property and IT from RK Sudhanshu have been taken back. Removing transport incharge from Dr. Ranjit Sinha, Transport Commissioner Dipendra Chaudhary has been given the command of transport as in-charge secretary. The post of Technical Education and Transport Commissioner has been removed from Chaudhary.

R. Meenakshisundaram has also been made the Chief Project Director of UGVS-REAP. Swati Bhadauria has been removed from Important departments like Additional Secretary Culture, Civil Aviation, CEO-Ukada and DG-Culture. RS Chauhan has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Culture, DG Culture and Transport Commissioner.

Garhwal Commissioner and Devasthanam Board CEO Ravinath Raman has been removed from these posts and given the responsibility of Revenue Secretary. Kumaon commissioner Sushil has been brought in his place. The decision has not yet been taken on the new commissioner of Kumaon division.

BS Firmal has been made the director in place of Rajendra Kumar in the social welfare department. Rajendra Kumar has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary, Social Welfare and related departments. Additional Housing Commissioner Prakash Dumka has got the additional responsibility of Secretary of RERA and Banshidhar Tiwari as Director of Panchayati Raj.
