The state government of West Bengal has issued order for minor reshuffle in policing. According to the orders three IPS officers have been shifted from their previous post and given new postings.
SP, Birbhum Mr. Nagendra Nath Tripathi has been promoted to the rank of DIG and posted as OSD, West Bengal Police Directorate.
While SP, Sunderban Mr. Bhaskar Mukherji will take charge as SP, Birbhum and Koteswara Rao Nalavath will be the new SP of Sunderban. He was previously serving as SP, Anti-Corruption Bureau.
