The Tamil Nadu Government has transferred 10 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers, making key changes in the law enforcement leadership.
As part of the reshuffle:
- Dr. Abhinav Kumar, 2009-batch IPS officer, has been appointed as the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), Madurai Range.
- Dr. PA Moorthy, IPS, previously serving as DIG, Tirunelveli Range, has been transferred to DIG, Ramanathapuram Range, in the same capacity.
