The Yogi government has transferred 16 IPS officers on Wednesday, assigning them new postings along with promotions.
Ms. Anjali Sharma (IPS) has been appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar. Ms. Shaivya Goyal (2021-batch IPS officer) has been transferred from Assistant Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar, to Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in the same commissionerate. IPS Aditya has now been given the responsibility of Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Agra.
Additionally, Mr. Kunwar Akash Singh (2021-batch IPS officer) has been posted as ASP (Rural), Moradabad, while Mr. Anant Chandrashekhar (2021-batch IPS officer) has been appointed as Additional Superintendent of Police, Chandauli. Ms. Kiran Yadav (2021-batch IPS officer) is now ADCP, Lucknow Commissionerate. Mr. Amrit Jain (IPS) has been posted as Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural), Aligarh, and Ms. Anshika Verma (2021-batch IPS officer) as Additional Superintendent of Police (South), Bareilly.

- Mr. Shubham Agarwal (2021-batch IPS officer) as Additional Superintendent of Police, Bhadohi
- Mr. Amol Murkut (2021-batch IPS officer) as ADCP, Police Commissionerate Lucknow
- Mr. Pushkar Verma (2021-batch IPS officer) as ADCP, Police Commissionerate Prayagraj
- Mr. Arun Kumar Singh (IPS) as Additional Superintendent of Police, Mainpuri
- Mr. Vyom Bindal (2021-batch IPS officer) as Additional Superintendent of Police, Saharanpur
- Ms. Bhanware Deeksha Arun (2021-batch IPS officer) as ASP (Rural), Shahjahanpur
Earlier, on Tuesday, the Yogi government had transferred 32 IPS officers, including an ADG, in a major reshuffle within the UP Police. Among them, 12 IPS officers who were promoted from SP to DIG were given new postings. The commanders of seven PAC corps were also changed. Additionally, 17 Deputy SPs were transferred on Monday night.
