The Telangana government has recently transferred eight IPS officers and assigned them new postings.
According to the official notification, Mr. P. Vishwa Prasad (2005-batch IPS officer) has been appointed as Additional CP Crimes, while Mr. B. Naveen Kumar (2008-batch IPS officer) has taken charge as SP CID. Mr. Gajurao Bhupal (2008-batch IPS officer) has been posted as Joint CP Traffic Cyberabad, and Mr. D. Joel Davis (2010-batch IPS officer) has been appointed as Joint CP Hyderabad.

Other key appointments include Mr. Sirisetti Sankeerth (2020-batch IPS officer) as ADC to the Governor, Mr. B. Ram Reddy (IPS) as SP CID, Mr. Ch. Sridhar (2006-batch IPS officer) as SP Intelligence, and Mr. S. Chaitanya Kumar (2015-batch IPS officer) as DCP SB Hyderabad.
These transfers are part of the government’s efforts to optimize administrative efficiency and enhance policing across the state.
