In a recent administrative reshuffle, nine officers from the IP&TAFS (Indian Post and Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service), now known as the Indian Communication Finance Service (ICFS), have been assigned new postings across various states.
As per the orders, 1995 batch IP&TAFS Officer Afroz Imam Haidry has been posted as Controller of Communication Accounts (CCA), Bihar.
While 1996 batch officer Chittaranjan Pradhan has been transferred to serve as CCA, Maharashtra & Goa.
Dalzakam Valte, a 1997 batch officer, has been appointed as General Manager (Finance), Principal Accounts Office (PAO), Patna.
1997 batch IP&TAFS Officer Vibha Govil Mishra will now take over as CCA, Kerala.
Sangeet Kumar (Batch 1999) and Dr. Satish Chandra Jha (Batch 1998) have been posted as GM (Finance), PAO Lucknow and GM (Finance), PAO Chennai respectively.
Further, 1998 batch officer Deepak Kumar has been posted as CCA, Himachal Pradesh.
1998 batch officer A Ranganath Shyam posted as CCA, Karnataka, while 2002 batch IP&TAFS Officer Shilpi Sinha has been assigned as CCA, Haryana.
