The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has recently assigned additional charge of three Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) posts: AYCL, Kolkata; NALCO, Bhubaneswar; and Pawan Hans Limited (PHL), to officers who are already serving as CVOs elsewhere.
They are:
- Ms. Chandrani Gupta (2007-batch IES officer), last posted as the CVO of The Braithwaite, Burn & Jessop Construction Company Ltd (BBJ) in Kolkata, has been given additional charge of CVO of Andrew Yule & Company Limited (AYCL) in Kolkata for a period of one year.
- Mr. Harsimran Singh (2001-batch IRSE-civil officer), last posted as CVO of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) in Kolkata, has been given additional charge of CVO of National Aluminum Company Ltd (NALCO) in Bhubaneswar for three months till the appointment of a regular CVO in NALCO.
- Mr. Nikhil Kumar Kanodia (2003-batch Odisha cadre IPS officer), last posted as the CVO of Airport Authority of India (AAI) in Delhi, has been given additional charge of the post of CVO of Pawan Hans Ltd (PHL) for three months.
