ACC Extends Ex-IFS Bharat Lal’s Tenure As Secy-General Of NHRC By One Year

As per a circular issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on June 24th, Mr. Bharat Lal’s (1988-batch retired IFS officer) tenure as the Secretary General of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) was extended by one year beyond June 30th, 2024, by the Appointments Committee of Cabinet.
