Lucknow: The Agriculture Insurance Company of India (AIC) and Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank (UPGB) have signed a bancassurance tie-up agreement aimed at strengthening insurance distribution and expanding financial protection across rural India, especially in Uttar Pradesh.
The agreement marks a significant step toward improving access to insurance services for farmers and rural households by combining AIC’s insurance expertise with UPGB’s extensive branch network.
