Andhra: 37 IPS Transferred, R Gangadhar Posted As SP, Krishna

In a significant reshuffle, the Andhra Pradesh government transferred 37 IPS officers, with key changes including R. Gangadhar Rao becoming SP of Krishna district and Vakul Jindal appointed as SP of Vizianagaram district.

In a major reshuffle, the Andhra Pradesh government transferred 37 IPS officers. According to GO 1252 issued by Chief Secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad, significant changes have been made in the state’s police administration.

R. Gangadhar Rao, previously SP, CID, has been appointed as SP, Krishna district, replacing Adnan Nayeem Asmi, who is now the SP of West Godavari district. K.V. Maheswara Reddy, formerly OSD, Rampachodavaram, is now SP, Srikakulam district, replacing G.R. Radhika.

Vakul Jindal, SP, Bapatla district, is now SP, Vizianagaram district, taking over from M. Deepika, who has been transferred as SP, Anakapalli district, succeeding K.V. Murali Krishna, who is now SP, Anantapur district. V. Ratna, Commandant, 6th Battalion, APSP, Mangalagiri, is the new SP of Sri Satya Sai district, replacing S.V. Madhava Reddy, who moves to SP, Parvathipuram Manyam district, succeeding Vikrant Patil. Vikrant Patil is now SP, Kakinada, replacing S. Sathish Kumar, who is appointed SP, Guntur district. Tushar Dudi has been transferred as SP, Bapatla district.

Amit Bardar, previously awaiting posting, is now SP, Alluri Sitarama Raju district, taking over from Tuhin Sinha, who is transferred as Deputy Commissioner of Police-II, Visakhapatnam city. D. Narasimha Kishore, Chief Vigilance and Security Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, is now SP, East Godavari district, replacing P. Jagadeesh.

V. Vidya Sagar Naidu, Group Commander, Greyhounds, has been appointed SP, Annamayya district, succeeding B. Krishna Rao, who is now SP, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district, replacing S. Sreedhar. Ajitha Vejendla is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police-I, Visakhapatnam city. K. Pratap Sivakishore, Assistant Superintendent of Police Gr-I, Chintapalli, Alluri Sitarama Raju district, is now SP, Eluru district, taking over from D. Mary Prashanthi.

K. Srinivasa Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaggaiahpeta, NTR Police Commissionerate, is the new SP of Palnadu district, replacing Malika Garg, who is now Commandant, 5th Battalion, APSP, Vizianagaram. A.R. Damodar, Principal, Police Training College, Ongole, is appointed SP, Prakasam district, succeeding Garud Sumit Sunil.

G. Bindu Madhav, previously awaiting posting, is now SP, Kurnool district, replacing G. Krishnakanth, who becomes SP, Nellore district, succeeding Arif Hafeez. Adhiraj Singh Rana, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law & Order), NTR Police Commissionerate, is now SP, Nandyal district, taking over from K. Raghuveera Reddy.

V. Harshavardhan Raju, SP, Tirupati district, is appointed SP, YSR Kadapa district, succeeding Siddharth Kaushal. K.V. Murali Krishna is now SP, Anantapur district, succeeding Gowthami Sali, who is appointed Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law & Order-I), NTR Police Commissionerate. L. Subbarayudu, on reporting to duty on inter-cadre deputation, is posted as SP, Tirupati district. V. Geetha Devi, Vice Principal, PTC, Anantapur, is transferred and posted as SP, Admin, Intelligence.
