New Delhi: Cranex Limited has strengthened its PSU and railway order book after securing multiple purchase orders totaling ₹7.43 crore from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) units at Haridwar and Jhansi, along with additional contracts from Indian Railways. These orders highlight Cranex’s growing footprint in the heavy engineering and railway equipment sectors.
Major Orders from BHEL Haridwar
Cranex Limited received two separate purchase orders from BHEL Haridwar for 50/10T D/G EOT Cranes, each valued at approximately ₹1.56 crore. The orders have completion timelines of June 13, 2026, and June 17, 2026, respectively. These contracts will see Cranex manufacturing and supplying high-capacity cranes, further consolidating its position in the heavy engineering equipment segment.
Significant Contracts from BHEL Jhansi
The company also secured multiple orders from BHEL Jhansi. One order involves the supply of two Driving and six Non-Driving Wheels, valued at around ₹35.74 lakh, with a delivery timeline of May 6, 2026. Another order from BHEL Jhansi entails shifting two 10T and 125T EOT Cranes from Bay 9 to Bay 10 Shop, valued at approximately ₹33.5 lakh, with a completion deadline of January 2, 2027.
Expanding Presence in Indian Railways
In addition to the BHEL orders, Cranex has secured two more purchase orders from Southern Railway, Kerala, and South East Central Railway (S.E.C.RLY), Bilaspur, together worth ₹3.6 crore. These orders further expand Cranex’s presence in the railway sector, showcasing the company’s capabilities in delivering large-scale industrial and transport-related engineering solutions.
