Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government has transferred 5 IAS officers along with 14 BPS officers. The transferred officers have been made Bandobast officers in the districts.
IAS officer Satish Kumar Sharma has been appointed as Bandobast officer, Nalanda, Jiut Singh of Begusarai, Rishi Dev Jha of Purnia, Om Prakash Yadav of Saharsa, Suresh Chaudhry of West Champaran.
Bandobast officers are responsible for lands in their allotted districts.
