Patna: Bihar will organise Employment-cum-Vocational Guidance Fairs 2026 across six districts from August 24 to 31, giving young people an opportunity to connect with private companies and explore jobs matching their qualifications.
Job Fairs Across Six Districts
The Directorate of Employment and Training under the Youth, Employment and Skill Development Department will conduct the fairs in Aurangabad, Gaya, Nawada, Katihar, Patna and Khagaria.
The schedule includes:
- August 24 — Aurangabad
- August 25 — Gaya
- August 27 — Nawada
- August 29 — Katihar
- August 31 — Patna and Khagaria

Technical and Non-Technical Youth Can Participate
Candidates with ITI, diploma, graduation and other technical or non-technical qualifications can participate and explore private-sector opportunities based on their skills.
How to Register
Candidates must register through the detjob.bihar.gov.in portal. On-site registration will also be available at the fair venues. Employers participating in the fairs must also register on the portal.
Candidates should carry their educational and other relevant documents to the designated venue.
