Mumbai: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has expanded its healthcare outreach by operating a medical clinic in Mahul, Chembur, and surrounding areas near the Mumbai Refinery. The initiative ensures accessible and affordable healthcare for residents in refinery-adjacent neighbourhoods.
Accessible Healthcare for Local Communities
The BPCL-supported clinic benefits over 4,000 residents by providing consistent medical care, preventive health services, and free health camps. The facility is designed to meet both immediate and long-term health needs of the community.
Comprehensive Medical Services
The clinic operates with daily Outpatient Department (OPD) services and pharmacy support. It provides family planning assistance and specialist care in gynaecology, dermatology, chronic disease management, and physiotherapy. Women and child health services remain a key focus, with an emphasis on preventive care and awareness.

Commitment to Social Responsibility
This initiative reflects BPCL’s ongoing commitment to bridging healthcare gaps in underserved areas. By offering affordable and quality healthcare, BPCL is fostering healthier, more resilient communities while reinforcing its role as a socially responsible energy major.
