Strong transaction charges, improved operating efficiency, and healthy investment income supported the exchange’s impressive quarterly performance.

Apart from its financial results, BSE’s Board approved the appointment of a new statutory auditor and increased the company’s direct stake in India International Bullion Holding IFSC Limited (IIBH) to 20%, strengthening its presence in India’s international bullion ecosystem.
