In a administrative reshuffle, the Assam government has been transfer and posted two IAS and a IRS three officers across the state including two Deputy Commissioners.
2014 batch IAS officer and Deputy Commissioner of Dhubri, Anbamuthan M P is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, PW (Roads) Department with additional charge of Project Director, Assam Road Network Improvement Project (ARNIP) and Project Director, Assam Secondary Road Improvement Project (ASRIP). While 2017 batch IAS officer Dibakar Nath, who is Deputy Commissioner, Karbi Anglong, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri.
2009 batch IRS-IT officer Kumar Padmapani Bora, who is Secretary, Tourism Department, MD, ATDC, Project Director, AIFA and CEO, CMSGUY, is also posted as Director, Tourism as additional charge.
