IAS Officer Leaving Rajasthan before their Deputation Ends, IAS Abhishek will return to Center 6 months ago

Not only the senior bureaucrats from the state, but the officers posted here on inter-state deputation are also moving to their native cadre or to Delhi. After Maharashtra cadre IAS officer Virendra Singh, now Assam Meghalaya cadre IAS Abhishek Bhagotia will also leave Rajasthan ahead of schedule. He has been appointed by the Central Government to the post of Director in the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.

Now the approval of the state government is pending. It is worth mentioning that Punjab cadre IAS Amit Dhaka, Maharashtra cadre IAS Virendra Singh and Assam Meghalaya cadre’s Abhishek Bhagotia were deputed for personal reasons by the central government on the consent of the state government. This deputation was for three years from the assignment.

It is worth mentioning that there is a sanctioned cadre of 313 IAS officers in Rajasthan. Out of this, 19 IAS officers are on central deputation. These include IAS Neel Kamal Darbari, V. Srinivas, Rohit Kumar Singh, Sanjay Malhotra, Rajat Kumar Mishra, Tanmay Kumar, Alok, Nareshpal Gangwar, Roli Singh, Rajiv Singh Thakur and Rohit Kumar.
