2002 batch IOFS (Indian Ordnance Factories Service) officer Shashi Ranjan Kumar Vidyarthi has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
He was serving as Director, Ministry of Ayush, and will now return to his parent cadre, Karnataka. He was on central deputation and was given extension for two years till February, 2024, last year.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (14.09.2023), the competent authority has approved the proposal of Ministry of Ayush to repatriate Mr. Vidyarthi to his parent cadre to avail the benefit of promotion.
