She is an IFOS (Indian Ordnance Factories Service) officer of 1988 batch. The competent authority has approved the proposal of Ministry of Labour & Employment to repatriate Ms. Bhatia to her parent cadre, said an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on 14 September 2023.
