The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has appointed a new Chairman of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax Settlement Commission (CCESTSC).
While 1987 batch retired IRS (C&IT) officer Sandeep Kumar has been made the CCESTSC another retired IRS (C&IT) officer of the same batch, Ranjana Jha, has been appointed a member of the CCESTSC.
The Appointment Committee of Cabinet approved their appointments.
The IRS C&IT Association congratulated both on their appointments.
