Jashpur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has approved a total budget of ₹12.69 crore for the construction of four major roads in Jashpur district, aiming to accelerate regional development, strengthen connectivity between rural and urban areas, and enhance economic activities. Details of the Approved Road Projects
The sanctioned road projects include:
- Kandora to Arakona Road: 3 km stretch with an allocation of ₹3.86 crore.
- Mado to Dhengni Road: 3 km stretch with an allocation of ₹3.77 crore.
- Charai Dand Malaria Basti to NH-43 Road: 1.9 km stretch with an allocation of ₹2.20 crore.
- Behrakhar Atal Chowk to Kurumdhoda Road: 2.86 km stretch with an allocation of ₹3.76 crore.
These roads are expected to improve transportation in remote villages, facilitating easier access to markets, educational institutions, and healthcare services. Additionally, the projects are likely to create local employment opportunities during construction, benefiting residents economically.
