Chhattisgarh: CM Vishnu Deo Sai Inaugurates Rs. 146 Crore Development Projects in Raipur

CM Vishnu Deo Sai has inaugurated a series of development projects worth Rs. 146 crore aimed at improving basic facilities and infrastructure in Raipur. These initiatives mark a significant step towards enhancing the standard of living for the local population.

Gift of Indoor Stadium to Encourage Sports

Among the key projects, Mr. Sai approved Rs. 2.5 crore for the construction of a modern indoor stadium. This facility is expected to encourage sports among the youth by providing a space equipped with advanced infrastructure. The stadium will also be suitable for hosting national-level competitions, giving local talent a platform to grow and compete at higher levels.

Support for Higher Education: Rs. 3 Crore Grant for PG College

In another major announcement, Mr. Sai sanctioned Rs. 3 crore for the development of the local Postgraduate College. The funds will be utilized for building new classrooms, laboratories, and a well-equipped library. These improvements are intended to enhance the academic environment and provide better resources for students. Mr. Sai emphasized that providing quality education remains a top priority for the government.

A New Chapter of Development for Raipur

The launch of these projects marks a new chapter in Raipur’s development journey. The initiatives are focused on speeding up the region’s progress and improving public amenities. According to Mr. Sai, these efforts are part of a broader plan to promote inclusive growth and long-term sustainability in the area.
