Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai will inaugurate a three-day Collectors’ Conference at Mahanadi Bhawan (Secretariat), Nava Raipur, starting Sunday, October 13, 2025. The high-powered conference is being regarded as a crucial administrative milestone, especially as it marks the first major review meeting under the new Chief Secretary Mr. Vikas Gupta.
The event will witness the participation of all Divisional Commissioners, District Collectors, Departmental Secretaries, and senior officials to review state-wide progress across departments.
Focus Areas: State Schemes, Good Governance, and Service Delivery
The agenda includes a comprehensive review of key state government schemes, district-level performance during silver jubilee celebrations, and the quality of governance and public service delivery.

- Coordination between civil and police administration
Later the same day, a collaborative meeting between Collectors and DFOs (Divisional Forest Officers) will discuss progress on:
- Forest conservation and plantation drives
- Environmental protection initiatives
- Tribal welfare schemes and forest-based livelihood development
Good Governance Summit to Conclude Conference
The three-day program will culminate on October 14 with the “Good Governance Summit” in Doga. This final session will highlight:

- Feedback-driven service delivery improvements
The summit aims to benchmark excellence in governance and motivate field officers to adopt best practices, backed by data and innovation.
