New Delhi: CMPDI achieved a significant milestone by winning four awards during the 52nd Foundation Day celebrations of Coal India Limited. The recognitions acknowledge the organisation’s performance, operational capabilities and the dedication of its workforce.
The awards were presented across corporate and individual/group categories, recognising excellence in drilling operations, regional leadership, departmental management and individual performance.
Corporate Category: Kosala Camp Wins Best Drilling Camp Award
In the Corporate Award Category, Kosala Camp of CMPDI’s Regional Institute-VII (RI-VII), Bhubaneswar, received the prestigious Best Drilling Camp Award.
The recognition highlights the camp’s performance and contribution to drilling-related activities, reflecting CMPDI’s operational capabilities and commitment to excellence in its field operations.
Individual and Group Category Awards
CMPDI also received three awards in the Individual/Group Category, recognising the contributions and professional achievements of its senior officials.
The award recipients are:
- Best Regional Director of CMPDI: Kanchan Sinha, Regional Director, Regional Institute-III (RI-III), Ranchi.
- Best HoD of CMPDI: Pramod Kumar, General Manager (UMD), CMPDI Headquarters.
- Award for Individual Excellence: Sudarshan Prasad, General Manager (E&M), CMPDI Headquarters.
These awards recognise the leadership, professional expertise and individual contributions of the officials towards the organisation’s overall performance and growth.
