New Delhi: State-owned engineering consultancy firm Engineers India Limited (EIL) has informed stock exchanges about the execution of a tripartite agreement involving KFin Technologies Limited and Alankit Assignments Limited regarding its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) services.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for listed entities.
Agreement Formalizes Transition of RTA Services
According to the filing dated April 20, 2026, the agreement has been signed between:
- Engineers India Limited (Company)
- KFin Technologies Limited (erstwhile RTA)
- Alankit Assignments Limited (current RTA)
The agreement formally recognizes Alankit Assignments Limited as the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, a role it has been performing since January 24, 2020.
