Engineers India Limited (EIL), a state-owned engineering consultancy company, has entered into an agreement with another public sector undertaking, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), on June 3, 2025. The Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) aims to fast-track the execution of a wide range of engineering and consultancy projects.

The MoA was signed at EIL’s Head Office in New Delhi in the presence of Ms. Vartika Shukla, Chairperson and Managing Director of EIL, and Mr. Mundkur Shyamprasad Kamath, Managing Director of MRPL, along with senior officials from both organisations.
The agreement provides a comprehensive framework for accelerating the implementation of diverse projects in the fields of refineries, petrochemicals, biofuels, renewable energy, marketing terminals, depots, and other infrastructure initiatives of MRPL across India.
This collaboration marks a significant step toward strengthening the long-standing association between EIL and MRPL, especially in the hydrocarbon and renewable energy sectors, reinforcing their commitment to advancing India’s energy infrastructure.
