In a significant development, renowned Bihar-cadre IPS officer Nayyar Hasnain Khan is making his way back to his home state. The Union Home Ministry has officially issued an order for Khan’s return to the Bihar cadre, following his tenure as the Inspector General (IG) in the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
Nayyar Hasnain Khan, a 1996 batch IPS officer, had been serving on central deputation. After years of distinguished service, the Home Ministry has approved his return to his original cadre in Bihar.
Effective immediately, Khan has been relieved from his duties at the SSB and is set to resume his work in Bihar, marking a new chapter in his illustrious career. His return to the state is expected to bring significant contributions, leveraging his vast experience and leadership.
