Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi inaugurated the first edition of the SOUL Leadership Conclave on Friday at Bharat Mandapam, where Bhutan’s Prime Minister Mr. Tshering Tobgay was also present.
The two-day conclave, held from February 21 to 22, serves as a platform for leaders from various fields—including politics, sports, arts, media, spirituality, public policy, business, and social sectors—to share their experiences and discuss leadership dynamics. The event fosters collaboration and thought leadership, encouraging learning from both successes and failures to inspire young minds.
During his address, Mr. Modi highlighted the crucial role of leadership in nation-building. He called SOUL an essential step in the journey towards “Viksit Bharat” (Developed India), emphasizing that the development of outstanding leaders across different fields is the need of the hour.
