Mudhalvarin Mugavari is the Tamil Nadu government’s integrated public grievance redressal initiative. It provides a framework for receiving and processing public complaints and petitions concerning government departments and services.
The system is intended to bring different grievance channels under a coordinated mechanism so that complaints can be referred to the appropriate authorities and tracked for action. The initiative has also been associated with other public grievance programmes, including Makkaludan Mudhalvar.
As Special Officer, Laxmi Priya will hold additional responsibility for the initiative, which deals with grievances submitted by people across the state.
