Jamshedpur: GAIL (India) Limited, a leader in the natural gas sector, has introduced an exciting new initiative aimed at promoting cleaner transportation and supporting the development of a gas-based economy in East Singhbhum. The program was officially launched by Team GAIL CGD at Maruti Suzuki’s Bistupur showroom in Jamshedpur, offering free CNG worth up to Rs 25,000 to buyers of new CNG vehicles.
Scheme Details: Free CNG Offers for Various Vehicles
Following the recent reduction in CNG prices by Rs 1.50 per kg, this festive season scheme aims to further incentivize the adoption of CNG vehicles in the region. Under the offer:
- Cars, taxis, buses, and vans will receive free CNG valued at Rs 25,000, which translates to approximately 5,000 to 7,000 kilometers of driving.
- Auto-rickshaws will be eligible for free CNG worth Rs 15,000, sufficient for around 5,000 kilometers of usage.
Newly registered vehicles in East Singhbhum will receive coupons corresponding to the applicable offer amount. These coupons are redeemable at any GAIL CNG station across East Singhbhum within six months from the date of issue, making it easier for consumers to experience cost savings while embracing clean fuel alternatives.
