Following a circular issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Mr. Praveen Ranjan (Indian Defence Accounts Services officer of 2010-batch) was mandated to assume charge as the Director of the Department of Expenditure under the Ministry of Finance.
Officer Ranjan shall occupy his new designation under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) for five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever transpires earlier.
