Speaking at an appointment letter distribution program on Tuesday, the Chief Minister noted that candidates from districts including Azamgarh, Amroha, Shamli, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, and Prayagraj have secured positions under the transparent system.

Tribal Representation in State Services

Mr. Adityanath highlighted the selection of two daughters from the Tharu tribe in Lakhimpur Kheri and Dudhwa National Park, describing it as evidence that “talent is everywhere, it only needs opportunity.” He emphasized that this reflects the government’s commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity in employment.

Jobs Reaching Remote and Backward Regions

The Chief Minister underlined that successful candidates from tribal and backward districts such as Sonbhadra, Lalitpur, Jalaun, and Bijnor further demonstrate the fairness of the process. “This step is not only offering jobs but also inspiring confidence among people of remote regions,” he said, while urging beneficiaries to perform their duties with honesty and responsibility.

Beneficiaries Share Stories of Success

Several beneficiaries shared their experiences during the event. Nandu Rana, a candidate from the Tharu community selected as a Chief Sevika, said she overcame hardships and limited resources in the forests of Dudhwa to achieve success under the transparent system. Expressing gratitude, she credited the new recruitment process for enabling candidates from underprivileged backgrounds to compete fairly.

Other appointees also thanked the government for ensuring a merit-based process and pledged to work with sincerity and dedication in serving society.

A Step Towards Inclusive Development

By ensuring transparency and fairness in recruitment, the Uttar Pradesh government is creating equal opportunities for candidates from all sections of society. The move is seen as a major step towards empowering women, uplifting tribal communities, and strengthening grassroots governance across the state.
