Mr. Harish Duhan has officially assumed charge as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL). Upon his arrival at SECL headquarters, he was accorded a warm welcome by the SECL Board of Directors, Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), departmental heads, and employees.

- Industry Experience: Over 34 years in the coal mining sector.
- Career Start: Joined Coal India Limited (CIL) in 1989 at Western Coalfields Limited (WCL).
- Key Leadership Roles:
- Area General Manager of the Nigahi Project at Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL).
- General Manager in the Corporate Project Planning Department.
Mr. Duhan has significant expertise in implementing environmentally friendly First Mile Connectivity projects, digitalization initiatives in the mining sector, and the development of solar energy projects.

- Alumnus of Nagpur University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
- Holds a First-Class Mine Manager Certificate.
- Possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
