Chandigarh— In a significant administrative move aimed at enhancing law and order and optimizing operational efficiency, the Haryana Government on Thursday (July 17) announced the transfer and posting of 2 IPS and 13 HPS officers across various units and districts in the state.
The reshuffle includes appointments to high-impact roles such as Superintendent of Police (SP), Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). The changes are seen as part of the routine administrative exercise as well as a strategic effort to reinforce leadership in critical zones.
Key IPS Transfers
- Surinder Singh Bhoria (IPS: 2014: HY) has been appointed Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
- Manpreet Singh Sudan (IPS: 2021: HY), previously Additional SP, Ambala, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime & Traffic), Panchkula.
Key HPS Appointments
- Amit Dahiya (HPS) has also been posted as SP, ACB, adding strength to the anti-corruption framework.
- Mukesh Kumar (HPS), previously DSP at HPA Madhuban, is now ACP, Gurugram.
- Rakesh Kumar (HPS) has been promoted and posted as ACP, Panchkula.
