Haryana IAS and IPS Officers’ Property Details Revealed in Central Government Disclosures

According to the data, Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi owns a mango orchard in Uttar Pradesh, as well as flats in Panchkula and Gurugram. A recent disclosure submitted by Haryana cadre IAS and IPS officers to the central government has revealed details of their properties, including farmhouses, houses, and plots, along with their estimated values. The information was provided to the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) under the Union Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions.

According to the data, Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi owns a mango orchard in Uttar Pradesh, as well as flats in Panchkula and Gurugram. Home Secretary Sumita Misra possesses a builder floor in Delhi valued at ₹3.5 crore. Principal Secretary to CM Nayab Saini, Arun Gupta, has land worth ₹2.5 crore in Hisar. Director General of Police (DGP) Shatrujeet Kapur has land holdings in Mohali, Kapurthala, and Bathinda in Punjab, in addition to his properties in Haryana. His wife reportedly owns a house in Gurugram valued at ₹4 crore. CID Chief Saurabh Singh has 5 acres of land in Uttar Pradesh.

These details have come to light as part of the mandatory disclosures made by officers of the Haryana cadre to the central government. Currently, there are 169 IAS and 106 IPS officers in the Haryana cadre.   • IPS Nain: Land in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, owned by his wife.
  • IPS Manisha Chaudhary: Under-construction flat.
